Aquarius is the highest air sign, fixed and rebellious in its nature. The tumultuous collective consciousness is being pressured by the powerful hidden governmental powers (Sun) and the massive value that is put into media or escapist mediums like movies, fantasies and entertainment signified by Neptune. There is obsessive and constant surveillance by our neurotic rulers in positions of power in the state. They have great avarice for more control and dominance over how others may live their lives. We must exert our desires to be free with Mars and Uranus together. It is a time of breaking away from control mechanisms.
The pressure we have in the mental plane is being directed towards how we may better our collective circumstances.
