With so many transits happening in the cardinal signs and the planets of grit and agility being in detriment, this might be a time that the chaotic struggles of life (which seems to be getting worse on the collective level) put people in a place of powerlessness and make them feel like giving up the fight. We might not have the energy, confidence or strength to fight through the hurdles right now. We can find it, no doubt. Take some time out of the craziness of life for a moment. We might be spending too much time appeasing others and not choosing the right battles to fight right now, since we are too wrapped up in getting out of the harshness of our entire society (Saturn Pluto Capricorn) crumbling apart and desperately wanting to move into a deep feeling of nourishment and belonging (north node Cancer in Pushya, ruled by Saturn).
We Feel We Cannot Hear the Truth
Saturn, Pluto and S. Node are all in the constellation of Shravana, which is all about hearing the truth of the universe. Paradoxically, it’s ruled by the Moon and pertains to getting deceived by others or by shady situations. Be careful what you take as “truth” by the media and by other people. We are collectively restricted from hearing correct truths from others and from the society. With Pluto here, the way in which we hear truth is being transformed and reshaped. With the South Node, one must let go of whatever truth they think will give them security and structure – this is an illusion.
A Wounded Hero…Is it You?
Chiron with Moon in Aries in the constellation of Ashwini, a sign of heroism and charging forth into the dangerous unknown in order to save someone or bring the light to something (the constellation is ruled by the Sun). This conjunction is trining Jupiter in its own sign, which adds a flair of luck and wisdom to the pain. The natural ruler of Aries is in detriment in Libra, the constellation of Chitra, also ruled by Mars – ironically. Instead of getting things done and moving the goal along, we have to consider the needs of others beforehand and attempt to gain understanding. This is a painful aspect for coming into our own power and balancing out our energies with those of other people. Only when we come to terms with our personal power and our true self (there is nothing “wrong” with you anyhow) can you then use your willpower and energy to improve the conditions of other people.
This transit speaks of a tremendous emotional pain and a sharp hurt surrounding our own wounding that comes out of early childhood, but is likely related to not being able to express power, autonomy and independence. The true you must be allowed to emerge. Nourish it with your imagination.
Open up to Fun: Venus & Mercury
Mercury and Venus together in Anuradha, the sign of the friend, ruled by Saturn, the most stable part of Scorpio. This is all about dedicating ourselves to what we love and sticking to it.It’s a unique transit because it is opposite Uranus in Taurus (in detriment). It’s a shocking awakening of our deepest and most intense passions and creative energies. The love and passion that is sparked can be elevated to a collective level due to the energies of Uranus.
Mercury and Venus may be best planetary buds, but they are still sitting in a highly karmic sign of psychological transformation and intense, unprecedented changes. Brand new, and rather unorthodox, values might be coming to the surface. Play more and try to have fun. Be a helping hand to someone who is in the underworld, or in the darkness. Anuradha planets are excellent counselors who can reach out and help those who struggle in similar ways. Step out more and be that person who engages in humanitarian aid to others, even in small ways. This will help your karma with Saturn, since these planets sit in the 11th sign from Saturn in Capricorn. The more you do this, actually, the less restricted you feel on the material plane. Saturn is time and paying dues.
The Grand Square Between Lunar Nodes, Mars and Moon
This is a time when our inner-will, which is being drained by the pressures of material life (Saturn and Pluto Capricorn), our deep desire to feel nourished and “at home” in life (north node in Cancer) and our very wounded emotions are creating an atmosphere in life where we feel pushed and pulled by external and internal power struggles. Where are we putting our will? Are we making brash and sudden judgements under potentially false information to move towards our desire. We might find that our efforts aren’t putting us ahead but pushing us backwards. Before we act, we must listen to our deepest intuition (Jupiter / Neptune dominant) and act with refinement and balance.
