The chakra system correlates to the 12 zodiac signs in astrology. Each sign carries the energy of a certain chakra.
These qualities have more to do with the planet ruling the sign, than the actual sign itself.

How Chakras Function in Astrology
The astrology chart is a snapshot of one’s karmic blueprint for this lifetime. Some energies are active, some are latent.
Transits “trigger” these energy centers, making you more active and engaged in some periods and thoughtful and resigned in others.
