The New Moon Cycle Begins on May 22nd!
This is where we emotionally awaken to the need for more purpose, happiness and truth in life. Things don’t have to be so serious and nitty-gritty all of the time. There is more to life than just surviving, working and accumulating material possessions. We must also experience abstract things, those things which lay in the realm of ideas, not materials. This is the time to heal our minds from the poisons that have been ingested through media propaganda. The highest pleasure must come from within. Inside of one’s own mind is the Kingdom of Heaven. The external conditions matter, yes. But the true fulfillment occurs from within the present moment, and abiding in the self. Taurus, the previous new moon cycle, was where we were focused on our security, materials and sensual pleasures in life. Now, we rise above the material and find the truth beyond senses.
Think about the major decisions that have to be made. You must change direction in life. But now is the time to plan. Do not charge in yet. Focus on one thing at a time; do not get distracted by the 10 different things that are coming into your awareness now.
This coming month is being controlled by a very sweat and nice constellation. This is not a month for waging war on things in your life or destroying things. This is a month of learning, exploring and experiencing. Keep things light and easy, but don’t over-commit to anything.
This is where we begin a new journey towards accessing a greater breadth experience in life.
May 24th – June 5th Waxing Moon Phase
When moon is waxing, the power to navigate our lives with the mind is powerful, and gaining strength until it peaks at the Full Moon. At this point, we become wide-awake about a certain theme in our life. After that we enter the waning phase and wind down in order to begin the next cycle.
June 7th – 19th Waning Moon Phase
Waning moon periods show where the power to navigate this realm with our mind is weak; everything is winding down and breaking down.
After the new moon cycle starts, the moon transits through various constellations that serve to either assist or defeat the intentions set during the new moon.

June 15th – Bharani
The rules and restrictions set upon us by other people, authority figures, and societal tradition can make us feel hindered in our ability to really enjoy life and find what we’re seeking. However, the confinement and structure may be what we have to accept in order to access another, deeper layer of consciousness, bringing us closer to what we seek.

We undergo a final review of the truths we have learned, the new experiences we’ve garnered and the mental habits we have promoted over the last month.
June 19th – Assisting Energies Into Next Cycle
This moon phase occurs in Gemini’s most chaotic degrees, often associated with storms and great floods. We must meditate on the storm within. What really fulfills you? This is where a surge of new information can help guide us to the next cycle, which will also occur in the cardinal element of water: pushing forward towards emotional comfort and connection.
A New Cycle Begins Again: June 21st in Punurvasu
This is where we encounter new ideas, innovative ways of moving towards what we desire. New inspiration and wealth may come as a windfall to us, in one way or another. This can also bring up a new love from the distant past, something or someone we might have overlooked before is now right in front of us. We will be given the chance to redo or remake a part of our existence that was proving emotionally troubling before.
Saturn is retrograde in the 8th, inconjunct the new moon. Both planets are at critical degrees, showing a newly formed karmic point for the collective. This will surround the collective’s heart chakra and root chakra, survival and belonging. These energy points are far out of alignment and have to be recalibrated. People are on extreme survival mode and, since their heart chakras are blocked, they are highly judgmental and cold towards others, highly involved with their own needs and uninterested in the needs of their neighbor.
This will start to change. We will see the incremental beginnings of this change here. This is where we integrate and reflect on how we really feel about all of the changing structures in our world and how they’re affecting our ability to truly experience contentment. The old stagnate emotions are dying off.
This is also a potent time to meditate on impermanence, the nature of time and the end of life. When Saturn is strong, retrograding, situated in the 8th house of death and transformation from the new moon, we become very serious about the rhythms and cycles of our own lives and the cycles of our universe.
