Saturn Squared Uranus: Fearful Masses

Saturn is in strength, and Uranus is in detriment or “fall.” Saturn has the upper hand here in this tight fixed square. This can make people paralyzed or stuck in fear. If it is in cardinal modality, then people take hysterical action through fear. We are seeing irrational fear and anxiety rising out of the … Read more

Uranus in Taurus: Revolution in Our Needs

Taurus is the original second sign of the zodiac. It is ruled by Venus and has a lot to do with our first experiences in the world of sensuality and sense-perception. It is split up into three constellations, in the Vedic System of thought, Krittika, Rohini and a little portion of Mrigashira, which is mainly … Read more

The Importance of “Signs” in Astrology

If you truly understand “signs” in and of themselves, you can do phenomenal astrology merely using these alone, as well as the phase of the moon and the distance between planets. Signs rule over certain colors, directions, body parts and chakras. If Saturn is in the 6th sign from the moon, the person will feel … Read more

Grand Cardinal Cross: Bandaging Emotional Wounds

The Current transits are all about overcoming emotional wounds and clearing the pain body out. This is a perfect time to help overcome any residual wounds from relationships (Libra) and our identity (Aries). This grand cardinal cross can make kick us into gear, but also frustrate us. Unlike a fixed cross, where we feel really stuck and immovable, the cardinal cross creates impulsive actions and quick decisions that fizzle out or lead to pain. Luckily, this is a time when we can access more compassion and healing with Venus in Pisces, soon to conjunct Neptune in Pisces, a very mystical and creative time (also confusing as hell) for us. Uranus sextile Venus is an opportunity for higher consciousness to come in and heal. Venus is feeding energy to Uranus, making it stronger, for the better. It’s a good time to rest and heal one’s heart chakra. But, since Venus is in exact square to Mars in Sagittarius (Mula: energy to uproot the issues in our lives), there is a bit more bite to this transit. It gives added energy to our willingness to take compassionate action and make decisions that lead to greater personal, even collective, fulfillment.

Lunar Eclipse 2020 Jan 10th Effects…?

Well, you probably already know what has happened with the recent eclipse…right? Everyone and their grandmother (who is into astrology, that is) has talked about it and hyped it up. I won’t waste too much time on that. But… What’s not talked about is the collective will and bravery to make changes actually happen: Mars: … Read more

Kai-Zen & Making Changes in Your Life

In Japanese corporate culture, there is such a thing as kai-zen, which means, roughly, “continuous improvement.” We tend to underestimate how powerful small changes can be and the effects they have on the collective consciousness. Each change, however little or trivial at face value, compounds over time to produce great overall shifts in life. In … Read more
