Jeffrey Dahmer Birth Chart: Is Venus the Planet of Death?

The Biggest Takeaways

Venus in Taurus at 22° (Critical Degree) in the 8th House (death, transformation, rebirth)

Moon/Mars in Aries 12th from Soul Planet (AMK) – Venus in Taurus

Jupiter Debilitated governing the S. Node (Ketu) Pisces

Saturn (Retrograde) Square Moon in Aries

You might think that a Libra Ascendant is all about love, harmony, balance, and peace-making.

Partially true.

Dahmer was a lascivious pursuer of exclusively male romantic encounters.

In fact, so many Libra Ascendant natives become nurses or caretakers (Cancer 10th House) or artists (ex. Scott Weiland, late singer for the Stone Temple Pilots).

However, a few Librans actually DO become murderers (Hitler, Dahmer, etc.).

There are plenty of military leaders (Putin) and contract killers who have Libra in their chart.

Here’s what you need to know about Jefferey Dahmer’s astrology chart…

Jeffery Dahmer’s birth chart has a lot of repeating themes:

Powerful malefic planets (he had a lot of grit and capacity to inflict cruelty).

No water element (emotional sensitivity) in his chart.

Neptune near Ascendant (blurring self-concept and increasing delusion/confusion).

Pluto Square Sun/Mercury Gemini (obsessive search for information) Pluto governs 2nd house (eating of the underworld = cannibalism)

He also had a his ruling planet in the 8th HOUSE! Not to mention the difficult aspects to the Moon in Aries (the sign of the head/decision-making).

Mars in Aries – a compulsive placement – is near his DC opposite his Ascendant (perceived aggression from other people and projecting threats and power-struggles/control over others).

Remember this!

The critical degree represents a karmic crisis point for the soul. It is also a FIXED KARMA pertaining to the physical senses (Taurus) that began in the past life. In his present incarnation, it was difficult for Dahmer to simply “choose” to be different. Possessed. Compelled. Unable to self-regulate.

This person has a birth chart that tends towards an obsession with the macabre, the sinister, and the darker side of life.

Frankly, he was probably interested in occult subjects to one degree or another (8th House).

The Power of Venus & Killing Life Force

Excessive indulgence, whether it’s food or sex, leads to a depletion of life force. Venus does govern death. With certain ascendants, Libra being one of them, it’s a functional malefic.

In Dahmer’s case, it governs a very cruel house (8th house of death) AND his 1st house of identity.

Why does Venus kill?

Saturn, lord of death, restriction, and time, exalts his power in Libra (the domain of Venus). The Sun does the exact opposite.

The Sun, which represents pure life force energy, becomes debilitated in the domain of Libra (Venus-ruled).

This is the western part of the sky, the 7th house of relationships, 7th sign of other people; it’s where the sun is setting (dying and entering darkness).

The Sun (the soul/life force) becomes strong when it’s in Aries (Mars-ruled), the eastern direction where the Sun rises and comes into being.

BPD, Psychosis & Blending the Lines of Reality

With a damaged Moon (mind) impacted by Pluto (obsession) and Saturn (fear), alongside a malefic-ruled 4th house (home and family), and a pair of lunar nodes in Virgo/Pisces (confusion with sorting information and dealing with the unknown side of life) running through the 6th (daily life) and 12th house (dreams), it was difficult for Dahmer to hold onto a concrete interpretation of reality.

He would often drift into a dreamy observer role, standing on the outside looking in, craving intimacy but fearing it, and all the while confusing and blurring the lines of his internal perception and the objective external reality.

Scary stuff, actually.

Most of his inner-planets were in the middle degrees of the sign. He was quite capable of acting on his brutal impulses.

Should the planets be at a late degree, or at a very early degree, they are typically considered too immature to give full fruits.

They may deliver, but only to a certain extent. His planets (Saturn, Moon, Venus) were right in the middle of their respective signs.

Strong. Mature. Adult planetary energies that embody the fullness of a particular sign (eg. Taurus, Aries, Capricorn).

Once more, this can be good or bad; it just depends on the chart holder’s decisions. He could have done productive work in a morgue, but instead chose a life of gay interracial sex, murder, and cannibalism.

So, what I’m really saying is…different strokes for different fol— well whatever…I guess.
